SMD marking codes ABSTRACT This page allows you to identify SMD electronic components by their marking codes. Currently, the database contains marking codes of some popular SMD bipolar transistors, MOSFET transistors, diodes, zener diodes and low voltage detectors (voltage supervisors with reset circuit). posted:2006.10.03 WARNING: The information provided on this page comes without any warranty. How to identify SMD electronic parts? Searching the database is simple. Just type the marking code found on the top surface of the SMD component, then type the security code, which ensures only real people use the data and click "Search" button. The resulting partnames of matched electronic components could be additionally searched and verified on the webpage of their manufacturer. The database contains marking codes of some popular SMD bipolar transistors, MOSFET transistors, diodes, zener diodes and low voltage detectors (voltage supervisors with reset circuit). Reverse engineering The database could be used for reverse engineering of assembled electronic products.
